We are bonded.
This bond insures, protects and compensates you if an employee is guilty of theft.
Licensing is not required in the State of Michigan
Are you insured?
Yes. Liability insurance protects you
and will cover damage to your home or property that is caused by our employees.
Do you require contracts?
No contracts are required with All Occasions Cleaning.
We don't want you to be stuck in a contract if you are unhappy with our services.

How do I prepare for my first cleaning?
Hands down, clutter is the #1 thing that slows us down.
What days do you work?
Mon through Thurs for residential clients. Typically between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
What time will you arrive?
We schedule appointments typically between 8 a.m and 3 p.m. and will arrive within a 3 hour time frame.
Can I leave a note with any instructions?
Yes you can!
But remember than any requests listed on our "Additional Services Available" (see Services) will incur an additional charge.
How do I make my payment?
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash and checks.
What if something was missed and I am unhappy with my cleaning?
If you are unhappy with your clean All Occasions Cleaning will come back
and clean what you were unhappy with if notified within 24 hrs.
What if I forget you are coming to clean my home or office?
We can do a courtesy call the night before, if requested, to give an approximate time of arrival.
Can I get a gift certificate?
All Occasions Cleaning will be the perfect Gift Certificate for someone who is ill, expecting a baby or just had a baby.
